| Abstract | O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar os dados do Topodata para mapear a área alagável da planície do rio Amazonas, utilizando o descritor HAND e análise de imagens baseada em objeto. A área de estudo selecionada foi a de Óbidos, no Pará. Foram utilizados os MDE do Topodata e HAND, declividade e curvatura. A análise estatística, pelo método de Monte Carlo, mostrou uma boa concordância entre a classificação e um mapa de referência. Com o MDE-Topodata foram obtidos melhores do que com o MDE-SRTM. ABSTRACT: The objective of this work is to evaluate Topodata data to map wetlands of the Amazon River floodplain, using the HAND descriptor and object based image analysis. The study area selected was Óbidos reach, Pará State. The classifications were carried out using Topodata and HAND DEMs, slope and curvature. A Monte Carlo method statistical analysis shows good agreement between the classifications and a reference map. The Topodata-DEM map displayed better results when compared with a SRTM-DEM one. |
